Jeweler
ABLE is a growing fashion brand with a mission of ending generational poverty by creating economic opportunity for women, both locally and globally. Our team is composed of sharp, driven people who thrive in a mission-oriented, collaborative culture.
ABLE is looking for a Jeweler to join our team! Jewelers are responsible for creating high quality jewelry for clients & boutiques worldwide in a timely manner. We strive for excellence & precision while maintaining an environment of compassion & grace.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills since you will be working as part of a team. We’re a growing company that produces a large amount of jewelry and you must be willing to embrace repetition as a challenge or mantra. This position is full time, based at our Nashville studio with hours Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4pm.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assemble/create various types & styles of jewelry following a production schedule with daily goal setting
Effectively communicate any questions/concerns during training & production process to assure quality control rates are at a minimum
Understanding of inventory levels (both materials & final product)
Ensure jewelry materials (wire, stones, clasps, etc.) and tools are properly maintained & cared for
Required Skills & Experience:
Willingness to learn new skills
Ability to take direction and coaching with a positive attitude
Attention to detail & quality through eye site is a must
Efficient time management and ability to multitask
Hand dexterity; ability to wire wrap & function with specialized tools
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment & assembly line

Join our team at ABLE as a part-time Flagship Store Associate (Product Sales Focus)! We are seeking a dynamic individual to enhance our store environment and deliver an exceptional customer experience while actively promoting and selling our products. As a key member of our team, you’ll support store leadership in creating a vibrant shopping atmosphere that reflects our commitment to high-quality service.
Position Overview:
Hours: 20 hours per week, including required weekend shifts.
Location: Flagship Store; 5022 Centennial Blvd. Nashville, TN 37209
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Product Sales:
Provide personalized and engaging customer service, creating a luxury brand experience.
Utilize expert product knowledge to offer styling advice while assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Actively promote products and offer suggestions to upsell and cross-sell items.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets by driving product sales.
Handle customer inquiries in a positive and solution-focused manner.
Stay up-to-date on promotions, sales, and new product arrivals.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising to ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and well-organized.
Ensure the store environment remains clean and presentable.
Efficiently handle register transactions, including cash transfers.

Be knowledgeable about product categories, including fit, wear, and origin.

Role Requirements:
Previous retail experience required.

Required availability for weekends and specific holiday periods

Brand Marketing Manager
The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategy creation, and execution of content across ABLE’s social media platforms, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. ABLE is a Nashville-based brand focused on craftsmanship, community, and creating pieces that matter — to the makers and the wearers. Renowned for our leather bags, handcrafted jewelry, and iconic denim jackets, we create products thoughtfully made by women, for women

Content Creation:
Develop, curate, and plan content for organic social media accounts. Including but not limited to influencer content, UGC content, in-house content creation, and ecomm imagery.
In-house content creation should be according to the marketing calendar and what needs pushing with current sales.
Create a visually compelling and brand-aligned social media content plan.
Create a plan to track KPI’s.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.
Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to optimize content performance, including monitoring user-generated content opportunities.
Influencer Program Management
Identifying potential influencers that align with our brand values and resonate with audience expansion initiative.
Coordinating product gifting, content approvals, and campaign execution.
Track and report on influencer gifting campaigns and update posting schedules as it develops.
Manage/monitor the Rubix doc containing all tracking of posts and what UGC content we can use in various channels.
Support the marketing team and update their team on current promos, product pushes, and seasonal needs.
Flagship Platform Management:
Manage the Flagship marketplace where creators can share a shop of ABLE and make commissions off those sales
Be the point of contact with their team, onboarding new creators and making sure we’re pushing the desired product assortment.
Creating campaigns (discount codes) for new creators launching their shops
Placing orders for all upcoming shop launches - what products need pushing
Finding new creators to work with here
Tracking partner growth & new sales on the platform
Analytics & Reporting:
Track social media performance
High-level view of performance insights for our Instagram/TikTok (followers, engagement, reach, likes, comments)
Use these data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and engagement.
Updating Klaviyo newsletter lists
Updating creator profiles
Partnership Inbox
Point of contact for partnership, relaying info about orders, materials, restocks, current promos, and company updates
