Every ABLE product is guaranteed for life. We thoughtfully design and test our products to provide a level of quality that will last for years to come. If you find your product doesn’t live up to this standard, we promise to repair or replace it.
Our lifetime guarantee applies to the original owner of the product purchased directly from ABLE and not eligible on items purchased during our in-person warehouse sales. It does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse or natural breakdown of materials over time.

We do third party fabric testing to see how it performs, as well as extensive wear tests to see how the materials hold up after actually being worn in day-to-day life. We consider things like: Does the zipper function properly after extended use? Do the straps stay secure when the bag is heavy? Does the shoe rub your foot or cause a blister? We try to consider every aspect so you can feel confident in your purchase.
