Returns Associate
Job-Type: Full-Time
1st Shift: 5AM-1:30PM

The Returns Associate will process product returns while supporting the warehouse staff within a high-volume and fast-paced working environment. The Returns Associate will input accurate return information and perform general warehouse duties.
Job Responsibilities
- Unpack returned merchandise
- Inspect returned merchandise, checking for quality and condition of items
- Repackage returns including retagging for resale
- Distribute returned items to their proper location
- Data entry as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
- Other tasks as required to meet warehouse team goals
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
- Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
- Focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand on feet for extended periods
Position requires working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment. The job is based in Nashville, TN.
